Weiner Treatment

Well you know it must be embarrassing to have the world know about your erotic twitter and facebook escapades.  Now I am disappointed in his poor judgement but should he really have to resign?  I really think that he should only resign if it is found that he broke laws.  I would say that even if he was a republican (although I would still hope the republican would step down).  But on a serious note can't we put this issue to rest?  Don't we have more pressing issues to pay attention to?
